I tried with IFrame but it is not showing inside the i frame, showing as complete page with open save dialouge.

DOC files are not known by the web browsers. you need to transform to HTML or PDF.
Problem: MS WORD is responsible of rendering the DOC, it is simpler to ask word to transform to HTML or PDF and then display that file in iframe.
