清除错误消息，SQL Server服务帐户对备份文件没有读取权限。授予权限或将备份移动到帐户具有读取权限的文件夹。
A clear error message, the SQL Server Service account don't have read permissions on the backup file. Grant permissions or move the backup to a Folder where the account do have read permissions.
